Spacious apartments with modern decor, comfortable furniture, and two balconies. Helpful 24-hour staff, excellent breakfast with fresh juice and custom-made omelettes. Convenient location between Danish and Romanian embassies.

We had an amazing stay at Cityhotel Apartments. The apartment was modern and spacious, with a comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen. The breakfast was delicious, especially the freshly cooked omelettes. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the center. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Kyiv.

Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The room service and housekeeping were top notch, ensuring that everything was clean and well-maintained. The hotel also offered a grocery shopping service, laundry facilities, and an airport shuttle, making my stay even more convenient. the service at this hotel was exceptional and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The apartment was spacious, perfect for a family with kids. the rooftop terrace offered a private and nice outdoor space to relax and enjoy the city views. the location was very convenient, with plenty of stores, bars, and cafes just a short walk away.
Our experience was negatively impacted by several aspects of the apartment. the cleanliness was subpar, with dirty floors, dusty surfaces, and stained linens.

The apartment was spacious and had all the necessary amenities for our Christmas stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to cook our own meals. The location was great, close to shops and restaurants, and within walking distance to many tourist attractions. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the extra blankets provided.
The bathroom had not been properly cleaned and there were towels left on the floor. We also experienced some communication issues with the staff, who seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns or providing assistance during our stay.
